Members are required
to complete a registration form at the commencement of the season to
indicate their wish to renew membership & to provide updated contact
address & telephone numbers. Members changing their address or telephone
number during the season should supply details to Database Administrator,
Chris Drane (H)020 8864 6352. Members who have not paid their
subscription by 30th November will not be eligible for selection.

if you are not
available for a forthcoming fixture it is your responsibility to contact
your Captain as early as possible and pass on this information in advance.
Do not wait until you are contacted. If you have not been contacted by
Wednesday of a week by your captain, it is your responsibility to contact
them. If you have not been selected for your normal team’s match, please
hold yourself available to play for other teams in the club.

Push back
times, with the use of artificial pitches, can be variable. Always
ensure that you know the start time of your match and the meet time for
away games.

Never assume
that a match is cancelled for any reason. If in doubt please
telephone your captain on the morning of the match.

For home games,
please arrive with plenty of time to help assist with the preparatory work
on the pitches and in the clubhouse.

Only proper
synthetic pitch footwear or trainers are allowed on the synthetic grass
pitch.

Members are
expected to return to the Away Club's clubhouse to socialise when playing
away.

You are reminded that the club take no liability for loss or damage to any
property on club premises including car parks and pitches.
