Eastcote Juniors - Girls & Boys U6s to U18s!
We have ~11 junior groups training across the week and are proud to have more than 290 Juniors in the section. The club has an invaluable team of coaches and volunteers supporting the young players. Training is offered weekly and (from 13 Years) when the time is right, the club offers development opportunities for juniors to progress into the adult teams.
The season runs from September to March/April with a break over the xmas period.
For 2025/26 Membership Costs were:
- Junior (13-18 yrs) £162 for year (with additional £10 per match IF playing adult matches)
- Junior (Under 13 yrs) £152 for year
- Half-Season £85 from January
For possible new members we offer taster sessions, and if you decide you would like to join we can then sort out membership. Note: You will need to download the Spond app for the taster session and, for U8s and over, provide gum shield and shin pads (we can provide a stick).

What you can expect from us:
- Training is by a qualified coach and assistant. All Lead coaches are DBS checked
- Training will start on time and finish on time
- Our coaching sessions are fun, constructive and will progress your child through from the basics to as high a level as your child wants to achieve
- Each age group has a Team Admin Person (TAPs), and they carry out the admin for that age group. The TAP for your age group is your main contact person
- Where age appropriate, we field competitive teams and are involved in festivals competitions and leagues
- Our coaches respect all players
- Some age groups select teams for matches; this is done sensitively and in accordance with our selection policy
- We organise a great Christmas event and presentation days to celebrate the season. We’ll also be continuing our Junior Social Evenings – on the last Friday of the month in the clubhouse for our Year 6s and upwards including parents.
What we expect from you:
- Arrive to training sessions ready to start on time and collect your child on time. Please note that Kings College Road can get very congested with multiple sports activities, particularly at the weekend, so don’t expect to get a parking space right outside the pitch. Please plan ahead, park considerately and arrive in plenty of time so that the training session can start. Your child should make sure that one of the coaches or the TAP knows that they are there so the register can be taken.
- Complete your Registration Form via Membermojo. Existing members should double-check the details and not assume they are correct! You must pay your membership fees by 30 September via the same membership website. If you haven’t paid by this date, your child will not be allowed to train or to play in matches.
- Please make sure your child wears shin pads and a gum shield. They will NOT be allowed on the pitch without both for safety reasons. They should also bring water in a plastic container.
- Your child must wear a facemask for penalty corners and it is your responsibility to provide one if appropriate
- That your child is respectful to the coaches and other players
- When a TAP or coach contacts you, please reply as soon as possible so that they don’t have to chase. We will be using Spond (which is free to download) for most communications, so make sure you can access it in time for the first taster session or training session. Occasionally, there will be emails from either your TAP or from junior management.
- If you have a Spond request for a match or training, please respond quickly so the coaches know who to expect. It is as important to say your child is not attending as it is to say they are attending. This is the only way we know who is on the pitch.
- If your child has to miss a session, please let your TAP know via Spond. If a child misses 2 sessions with no contact, they may lose their place.
- Once you’ve joined up, your child should ideally train in the Eastcote colours and kit and do need them for matches.
- You should automatically receive the weekly club newsletter when your membership is processed, but just in case, please check on Membermojo that you haven’t deselected this option. Important information will be included in the newsletter, and you should try and read it each week in case it applies to you or your junior
